Inroducing: F.Dick 1905 Series Knives
Originally created in 1905, these knives were designed to replace traditional rivets with sleek, eye-catching metal collars and rings. The modern reissue retains the iconic design aesthetic while utilising high-tech production processes:
- Blade Steel: High-end German X50CrMoV15 stainless steel.
- Hardness: Precision-tempered and ice-hardened to roughly 56 HRC for excellent edge retention and easy re-sharpening.
- Hygiene: The seamless connection between the steel rings and the handle blocks food residue and liquids completely.
- Balance: They feature a half-bolster design, meaning there is no heel at the bottom of the blade, which allows you to use and sharpen the blade along its entire length
